Collection of payments

 You can choose either:

Pay online through our website or app.

When we collect amounts on behalf of third-party providers, you expressly agree to comply with the payment terms of this provider. Where applicable, we will include any comprehensive taxes. We currently accept payment through credit/debit cards

We reserve the right to create, modify or remove any fees, at our own discretion. We may also offer promotions or discounts, which will change the amount paid, but are subject only to the terms and conditions of this promotion or discount.

Recovery policy

•       The fees you pay are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise medically determined.

•       The money will be refunded in the same way as the payment, if any.

•       Medically reserves the right to refund any amounts to the user account for use in other services at their own discretion.

Refunds are not applicable if the user is not satisfied with the medical service provided.

The user is entitled to a full refund if:

•       The user cancelled the booking ahead of schedule;

•       The provider cancelled, or did not attend, the date for which the user paid;

•       For remote healthcare services, the provider did not return the call;

•       For remote healthcare services, the call was not initiated for technical reasons;

•       For remote healthcare services, the user did not return the call.

•       For remote healthcare services, the user will not be entitled to a refund in the event of a call interruption. In this case, the user will be offered another booking with the same provider to complete the appointment.

Compliance with

•       You must comply with these conditions and any policies referred to on the site and any laws, regulations, rules, licenses or restrictions approved by medically approved.
